What this service addresses
Many loft problems start on the outside of the roof. Slipped tiles, failed flashing, blocked ventilation and heavy moss let water in and undo good work inside.

How we assess it
We start with the visible problem, look at how it relates to the loft, and separate essential repairs from optional cleaning and coating. Where scaffolding or access equipment is needed we say so up front.

What we cannot guarantee
We cannot diagnose a roof from a single photograph or guarantee that a repair fixes a leak with more than one cause. A coating protects a sound roof; it does not fix a failing one, and we will say which you have.

Do you replace whole roofs?
Yes, where repair would not last. We say which it is after looking at the roof.
Will you need scaffolding?
For most work above single-storey height, yes. It is included in the written scope so there are no surprises.
Is roof painting worth it?
On a sound, cleaned roof a coating restores colour and slows moss. On a roof with slipped tiles or failed flashing it is the wrong order of work, and we will tell you.
Can you look at the roof and the loft together?
That is the point. Problems inside usually have a cause outside, so we review both.
