What we collect

When you request an assessment we collect your name, postcode, phone number, email address if given, a description of the work and any photographs you attach. We collect nothing else, and this site does not use analytics cookies or tracking pixels. The quote form is protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser for signs of automation and does not set tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, to assess the work, to plan travel and to prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is delivered to the Apex Build Pro team by email through our hosting and email providers, who process it on our behalf. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted within 12 months. Records for completed work are kept for as long as we need them for guarantees, accounts and legal obligations.

Photographs

Photographs you send are used only to assess your enquiry. We never publish a customer's photographs without their written permission.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Contact us via [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
